What we collect
- When you contact us by email, phone or social media: your name, contact details and whatever you tell us in your message.
- When you use our contact form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. The form emails it straight to us.
- When you order a cake or book something with us: your name, phone number or email, the date you need it and any details about the order, including dietary or allergy needs you choose to share.
- When you order online: orders placed at cafephilia.online are handled by our ordering partner, Flipdish. They collect your order, delivery and payment details and share with us what we need to prepare your food.
- When you visit the café: we use CCTV in and around the café for the safety of customers and staff and to prevent crime.
- When you visit this website: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
We don't use analytics, advertising or social media tracking on this website.

- Google, if you choose to load the map on our website (see Cookies)
- The police or other authorities, if we're legally required to
